Eligibility Criteria

  • Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.

  • Health: Candidates must be medically fit.

  • Age Limit: Not more than 57 years as of the closing date of application.

  • Skills: Proficiency in communication, administration, and management is essential.

Academic Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum Education: MA / MSc or equivalent degree in any subject.

  • Experience: At least 15 years of experience in teaching and administration at the intermediate or degree college level.

Ineligibility Conditions

Candidates will be ineligible for the position if they have:

  • Been terminated or dismissed prematurely from any post in a government or non-government institution.

  • Been terminated from any Fazaia institution due to disciplinary issues or allegations.

  • Any history of moral turpitude, financial misconduct, or criminal offenses.

    Note: A No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the previous institution must be provided to support the application.

Remuneration

  • The selected candidate will receive an attractive and competitive pay package.

Employment Nature

  • This is a contract-based position, initially for a period of two years.

  • The contract is renewable annually, subject to satisfactory performance.
