2. PA to Principal

Qualification and Experience

  1. PTI (Male and Female):

    • Certificate in Physical Education.
    • SNCO (Retired) PF & DI Trade or Equivalent from the Army.

  2. PA to Principal:

    • Stenographer (Preferably PAF Retired).
    • Proficient in MS Office with sound computer skills.
    • Typing Speed: Minimum 40 WPM.

Ineligibility Criteria

Applicants will be ineligible for consideration if they meet any of the following conditions:

  • Dismissed or removed prematurely from any post in a Government or Non-governmental institution.
  • Previously removed from any Fazaia institution due to allegations or disciplinary issues.
  • History of moral turpitude, financial embezzlement, or criminal offenses.

Note:

  • Applicants must provide an NOC from their previous institution regarding the above.

Pay and Perks

  • Selected candidates will receive a competitive pay package.
  • After successful completion of the probation period, candidates may opt for either the Provident Fund or Gratuity Scheme.

Terms of Employment

  • Employment is contract-based and renewed annually based on performance.
  • Exceptional performance may result in continued employment for an unlimited period.
