CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development and Management Company (FIEDMC) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the following positions:

1. Manager Legal

• Age Limit: 45 years (Maximum)
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
  • Specialization in Corporate Law, Civil Law, Land Law, etc.
  • Minimum experience as per required criteria.

2. Manager Finance

• Age Limit: 45 years (Maximum)
• Qualification & Experience:
  • CA, ACMA, ACCA, CPA, or a Master’s Degree in Finance from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Knowledge of applicable financial laws, especially PPRA, PEC rules, and relevant regulations.
  • Relevant experience in finance departments of reputable organizations.

3. Manager Audit

• Age Limit: 41 years (Maximum)
• Qualification & Experience:
  • CA, ACMA, ACCA, CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), or CICA (Certified Internal Control Auditor).
  • Master’s degree holders in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university can also apply.
  • Minimum of 8 years of overall audit experience, with at least a specified number of years in a reputable firm or organization.

4. Manager Estate

• Age Limit: 43 years (Maximum)
• Qualification & Experience:
  • MBA/MPA or a Master’s degree in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Strong knowledge of Special Economic Zones (SEZs).
  • Experience in land management in public or private organizations.

5. Manager Land

• Age Limit: 45 years (Maximum)
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Must have a deep understanding of land revenue, land acquisition, registry, and recovery of dues.
  • Experience in land-related affairs in government or private organizations.

6. Deputy Manager Maintenance (Mechanical)

• Age Limit: 40 years (Maximum)
• Qualification & Experience:
  • BSc in Mechanical Engineering accredited by PEC.
  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field will be preferred.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in maintenance and engineering management.

7. Assistant Manager Maintenance (Electrical)

• Age Limit: 40 years (Maximum)
• Qualification & Experience:
  • BSc in Electrical Engineering accredited by PEC.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in operation and maintenance (O&M) of electrical systems.

8. Assistant Manager Security (02 Posts)

• Age Limit: 45 years (Maximum)
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Retired military officers from the Pakistan Army (retired within the last three years) with a minimum rank of Major.
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in handling security equipment, firefighting systems, and CCTV surveillance.
