Organization Overview:

TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company) is a public-sector entity established under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. It is entrusted with the implementation, management, and maintenance of urban rapid transit projects as directed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Mobility Authority.

Purpose of the RFP:

TransPeshawar invites sealed proposals (both technical and financial) from eligible and qualified consultants/firms for the:

Hiring of External Auditor for TransPeshawar

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Firms must be registered with FBR for NTN and KPRA.

  • Must appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR.

  • Detailed scope of work is available in the RFP documents.

Procurement Method:

  • National Competitive Bidding (NCB) as per KPPRA Rules 2014.

  • Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) procedure.

  • Single-Stage: Two-Envelope bidding method will be used.
