Available Positions

1. Head of Treasury (Location: Islamabad/Karachi)

Brief Job Description:

Lead treasury operations ensuring liquidity and managing interest rate gaps.
Oversee cash flow, funding relationships, and investment activities.
Identify and explore investment opportunities to optimize liquidity.
Manage capital planning, debt strategies, and compliance reporting to regulatory bodies.
Mitigate risks associated with treasury functions and enforce internal controls.
Prepare financial reports, liaise with stakeholders, and train the treasury team.
Deliver profitable results and execute tasks assigned by management.

Qualification:

Minimum: Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Degree must be from a leading international or HEC-recognized local university.

Experience:

At least 10 years of relevant experience with a bank or leading financial institution.

2. Regional Business Manager (Location: Karachi)

Brief Job Description:

Build a strong business team and foster relationships with exporters and banks.
Promote new financial products to support the growth of Pakistani exports.
Develop a robust business pipeline aligned with EXIM’s budget and risk appetite.
Identify trade finance opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.
Provide high-quality financial models and maintain professional relationships.
Execute tasks assigned by management.

Qualification:

Minimum: Bachelor’s in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Degree must be from a leading international or HEC-recognized local university.

Experience:

At least 8 years of experience in corporate banking or trade finance.
Proven relationship management, leadership, and team management skills.
