Job Title: Senior Officer Accounts & Budget

Location: Islamabad (ISB) | Karachi (KHI)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Closing & Reporting: Ensure accurate financial closing, posting of adjustments in Oracle Financials.
  • Taxation & Reconciliation: Manage daily accounting tasks, including taxation and reconciliations.
  • Budgeting: Prepare the annual budget in collaboration with business segments.
  • Variance Analysis & Reporting: Perform variance analysis and ensure timely statutory reporting to the SBP.
  • System & Compliance: Support system improvements for accounting accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Educational Qualification: Master's in Accounting/Finance, CA, ACCA, CFA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience; preference for those with articleship.
  • Key Skills: Knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, Islamic finance structures, and regulatory frameworks like EFIP.

  • Insurance & Collateral Management: Maintain records of insurance and collateral, monitor credit conditions.
  • System Support & Reporting: Assist with system improvements and regulatory reporting.
  • Credit Analysis: Assess credit proposals and prepare reports.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial institutions.
  • Key Skills: Proficiency in regulatory requirements, loan documentation, and foreign trade knowledge is preferred.

  • Trade Finance Expertise: Expertise in trade finance, credit risk management, and deal closure.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Trade Finance with a leading financial institution.
