Position 1: Head of HR & Administration – Islamabad/Karachi

Brief Job Description:

• Develop and lead EXIM Bank’s HR strategy for optimal organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure EXIM Bank becomes an employer of choice through recruitment practices, performance systems, and HR policies.
• Oversee talent development, leadership programs, and succession planning.
• Manage HR budgets, compensation, and benefits, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Lead administrative operations, including outsourced staff, facilities, and security management.
• Represent HR & Admin in board committee meetings, preparing reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
• 7+ years of experience in HR & Administration in financial institutions with at least 4 years at a senior management level.

Position 2: Company Secretary – Islamabad/Karachi

Brief Job Description:

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and facilitate effective communication between the Board and Management.
• Organize board meetings, manage corporate records, and monitor regulatory updates.
• Provide legal advice on corporate transactions and oversee governance practices.
• Draft and review financing agreements and legal documents.

Qualifications:

• A member of a recognized body of professional accountants or corporate secretaries, or a Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or Law.
• 5+ years of experience with at least 3 years directly dealing with corporate governance and board matters in a financial institution.

Position 3: Head of Compliance – Islamabad/Karachi

Brief Job Description:

• Develop and lead the Bank’s compliance strategy, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory obligations.
• Manage compliance frameworks (AML, CFT) and ensure alignment with SBP regulations.
• Promote a proactive compliance culture, monitor regulatory updates, and provide compliance training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
• 10+ years of experience in compliance, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role at a financial institution.

Position 4: Senior Officer Procurement – Islamabad/Karachi

Brief Job Description:

• Assist in creating the annual procurement plan and its budget.
• Formulate procurement policies and manage vendor payments.
• Draft bidding documents, evaluate reports, and ensure compliance with PPRA rules.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university.
• 4+ years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in public sector procurement.
