Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive Green Financing strategy aligned with the government's vision for sustainable industries. Identify and assess potential green projects that match EXIM Bank's objectives and national economic plans. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with climate funds, impact investors, MDBs, and other organisations to mobilise resources. Engage in resource mobilisation, proposal preparation, funding agreement negotiation, and relationship management. Evaluate Green Financing project proposals' impacts to determine viability. Collaborate with stakeholders to structure financing agreements, lead progress & monitoring of funded projects. Collaborate for risk assessments, capacity-building and awareness programmes. Lead preparation of reports & presentations for senior management, stay updated on best practices, and undertake tasks assigned by senior management and line manager.

Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive Software Export Expansion Programme (S.W.EEP) for Pakistan's software exports. Research markets, foster partnerships and engage stakeholders. Collaborate with industry associations to promote exports. Guide exporters on strategy, quality and standards. Organise capacity-building programmes and monitor progress. Stay updated on software trends and industry and report & present the same to the management & stakeholders along with recommendations. Execute tasks assigned by senior management and line manager.

Minimum of Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Environmental Sciences or a related field from a university recognised by the Higher Education Commission (H.EC.).
Qualification
Minimum Bachelor's in Business Administration, International Trade, Computer Science or a related field from a leading international university or a local one recognised by the Higher Education Commission (HE.C.).
Experience
Proven experience in project finance, investment banking, or a similar role, with a focus on green financing, resource mobilisation, and sustainable development or a similar role in Corporate Banking, Financial Institutions or Trade Financing sectors.
Experience
Proven experience in export promotion, business development, or international trade in the Software and/or LT. industry.

in HRJ.S. for seamless operational executions, maintain audit trails for financial inputs like payroll, rewards, etc., ensure timely payroll and other disbursements in compliance with policies & parameters. Ensure implementation of rewards structure and execution of budgeted H.R. operations. Extract and post financial reports, update payroll data, and review employee data variances. Colaborate to address financial anomalies, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Implement H.RI.S. policy changes and collaborate to resolve system issues with LT. Facilitate stakeholders with customised reports and respond to internal & external auditor queries. Undertake tasks assigned by senior management and line manager.
Qualification
Minimum Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business administration or other relevant fields from a leading international university or a local one recognised by the Higher Education Commission (HE.C.).
Experience
Minimum 5 years of related work experience in/with financial institutions in Pakistan. Extensive experience in analysis and implementation of HRIS
