Position Overview:

The organization is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources professional to lead the Talent & Culture function. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping a performance-oriented workforce, nurturing an inclusive and positive workplace culture, and driving strategic HR initiatives in alignment with the organization’s mission and goals.

This role demands an individual capable of tackling complex, people-centric challenges in a high-performance, target-driven environment. The selected candidate will report directly to the CHRO and contribute significantly to the leadership and transformation of the HR function.


Key Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership:

    • Collaborate with the CHRO on strategic initiatives related to people management and leadership.

    • Align HR strategies with overall business objectives to drive organizational success.

  • Talent & Performance Management:

    • Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end talent acquisition, management, and retention strategies.

    • Manage the complete performance evaluation cycle including goal setting, competency assessment, performance reviews, and ratings.

  • Compensation & Benefits:

    • Develop competitive compensation structures and benefits packages to attract and retain top-tier talent.

    • Analyze market trends and provide data-driven recommendations on salary and reward systems.

    • Administer performance-based rewards including bonuses and incentive programs.

  • Organizational Development & Culture:

    • Promote a strong organizational culture that reflects the company’s core values.

    • Implement employee engagement, recognition, and wellness programs.

    • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

  • Advisory & Collaboration:

    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives on people-related matters.

    • Partner with key business leaders to ensure alignment between HR practices and strategic goals.

  • Team Development:

    • Mentor and lead the HR team to enhance overall effectiveness and delivery.

    • Build capability across the HR function for long-term impact.

  • Cultural Stewardship:

    • Serve as the organization's culture ambassador by fostering a positive employee experience and work environment.


Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Background:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.

  • Professional Experience:

    • 15–18 years of progressive HR experience, with proven expertise in:

      • Reward and Compensation Management

      • Talent Acquisition and Development

      • Performance Management

    • Age limit: 45 years

  • Core Competencies:

    • Proficiency in HR tools, performance management systems, and employee training delivery

    • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

    • Strategic thinking with the ability to make impactful decisions

    • Exceptional interpersonal, motivational, and influencing skills
