VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Applications are invited from suitable and qualified candidates for appointment on a contract basis against the following vacant positions at SMBB Institute of Trauma (SMBBIT), Karachi:

List of Positions and Requirements

1	ER Physician	FCPS in Emergency Medicine / Surgery / MRCP or equivalent, with valid PMDC registration. Preference will be given to candidates with post-qualification experience in a recognized hospital.	-	Sindh
2	Junior Consultant Radiology	FCPS (Radiology) with 2 years of post-qualification experience in a tertiary care hospital, valid PMDC registration.	-	Sindh
3	Fellow Vascular Surgery	FCPS (General Surgery) and complete fellowship training in Vascular Surgery, valid PMDC registration.	-	Sindh
4	Medical Officer (ER)	MBBS with house job; candidates having experience in a recognized hospital will be preferred. Valid PMDC registration.	35 years	Sindh
5	Academic & Training Officer	MBA in Health Management / HR with 2 years’ experience in hospital academics or medical university academic department.	45 years	Sindh
6	Senior Computer Operator / Receptionist	Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience in a tertiary care hospital. One-year diploma in IT is required.	45 years	Sindh
7	Computer Operator / Receptionist	Graduate (Second Division) from a recognized university. One-year Diploma in Information Technology (DIT) from an institute recognized by Sindh Board of Technical Education. Preference will be given to those familiar with Hospital Management Information Systems.	35 years	Sindh

Terms & Conditions

Appointments are on contract basis for 2 years, extendable based on satisfactory performance.
Government employees are not eligible to apply.
TA/DA will not be provided for appearing in test/interview.
Only post-qualification experience will be considered.
Selected candidates will be offered salaries as per Trauma Pay Scale.
This hiring will not lead to regularization of the position.
Decisions of the competent authority cannot be challenged in any court of law.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview and must bring original documents.
