The Reconciliation Cell, under the Energy Department of the Government of Punjab, invites applications from qualified and enthusiastic individuals domiciled in Punjab for the following contract-based positions. These posts are for the projects titled "Reconciliation of Govt. Electricity Billing by Installing AMI Meters (Pilot Project)" and "Reconciliation of Govt. Electricity Billing by Installing AMI Meters (2 Phase)." The positions are initially for three (03) years, extendable based on satisfactory performance. Application Process

  1. For BS-11 and Above (Sr. No. 01 to 05): Applications should be submitted online at www.jobs.punjab.gov.pk.
  2. For Below BS-11 (Sr. No. 06): Applications should be submitted on plain paper to the Office of Chief Engineer, Reconciliation Cell, 27-Jahangir Park, LOS Road, New Mozang, Lahore. Attach attested copies of all relevant documents, including educational certificates, CNIC, domicile, experience certificates, and three passport-size photographs.

General Conditions

  • Age Relaxation: 5 years for males and 8 years for females in the upper age limit.
  • Candidates currently working in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Bodies must apply through the proper channel.
  • Recruitment will be made strictly on merit as per the Government of Punjab’s Contract Appointment Policy-2004 (amended) and Recruitment Policy 2022.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview. No TA/DA will be provided.
  • Quotas: 15% for females, 3% for disabled individuals, and 5% for minorities. Transgender candidates are encouraged to apply.
