SIBA Testing Services (STS), on behalf of the School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, invites applications from females only for the post of Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) BPS-15.

Eligibility Criteria

Basic Academic Qualification

  1. BS (Education)/B.Ed. (minimum 2nd division) from an HEC-recognized university, OR
  2. Associate Degree in Education (ADE) (minimum 2nd division) from an HEC-recognized university AND a one-year Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Kindergarten Montessori accredited by STEDA.

Domicile

  • Relevant districts of Sindh as per the list on the SE&LD website.

Age Limit

  • 21 to 28 years

Application Guidelines

  1. Online Submission

    • Applications must be submitted online via the SIBA Testing Services (STS) portal at apply.sts.net.pk.
    • Manual forms will not be accepted.

  2. Documents to Upload

    • CNIC (front and back)
    • Domicile and PRC/Form-D
    • Recent photograph
    • Academic documents with percentage/marks certificates
    • Certifications or licenses, if applicable

  3. Disability Criteria

    • Applicants with disabilities must provide a CNIC issued by NADRA (featuring the wheelchair logo) or a disability certificate issued by DEPD.
    • They must be fit for teaching (able to read, write, speak, and use a blackboard).

  4. Statutory Quotas

    • Minority and disability quotas will be maintained as per the Government of Sindh's policies.

  5. Application Fee

    • A non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,500 must be paid via:
      • Any ABL Bank branch
      • MyABL App
      • 1Bill reference through internet banking portals

  6. For Married Female Candidates

    • Applications must include the updated CNIC (with husband's name), domicile, PRC (Form-D) of both the candidate and husband, and a registered Nikah Nama/Marriage Certificate.

  7. Important Deadlines

    • All documents must be issued on or before January 31, 2025.
    • Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

Key Notes

  1. Providing incorrect or misleading information will result in disqualification.
  2. Passing the written test alone does not guarantee employment.
  3. Recruitment Policy 2021 will be strictly followed (Letter No. 50(GA)SELD(Recruit/Policy)/2021, dated February 24, 2021).
  4. General age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of Sindh rules.
  5. Government employees meeting eligibility can apply through the proper channel.
