We're Hiring: E-Learning Expert

About the Role:

The E-Learning Expert will be a key liaison between the Financial Literacy & Inclusion Project (FLIP) team and external vendors, providing vital technical expertise and strategic input throughout the content development lifecycle. The role will involve collaboration to ensure that all digital learning materials are effective, aligned with learning outcomes, and optimized for engagement through interactive and gamified strategies. The selected candidate will play a critical role in shaping scalable, high-impact e-learning content accessible across web, mobile, and offline platforms.

What You’ll Do:

Provide expert input on digital content structure and deployment models, ensuring content integration, technical functionality, and organizational standards.

Advise on interactive and gamified learning strategies to enhance learner engagement.

Support the monitoring and quality assurance processes related to e-learning outputs.

Assist in the technical architecture of online, offline, or hybrid systems.

Ensure usability and scalability across trainees from government and private entities.

Implement feedback and monitoring mechanisms for interactive content.

Provide advice on the implementation of gamification elements.

Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure training materials align with learning objectives and performance outcomes.

The position is based in NIBAF, Islamabad, Pakistan.

Who You Are:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Educational Technology, Computer Science, Instructional Design, or related fields.

Proven experience with LMS systems (e.g., Moodle) and digital content development.

Skilled in gamification design, UX/UI principles, and interactive learning strategies, with proficiency in tools like HSP, Level Up!, and Genially.

Ability to coordinate with external vendors to ensure smooth integration, delivery, and technical alignment of content and gamification tools.

Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant professional experience with SCORM/xAPI standards and multi-platform delivery (web, mobile, PCs).

Demonstrated ability to advise on software selection, licensing, and long-term sustainability considerations.
