The Chief Minister, Policy Reforms Unit (Soni Jawari Center for Public Policy), Gilgit-Baltistan requires services of well-educated, dynamic & experienced Consultants and Interns for a period of three (3) months (extendable on need basis) to perform specific duties in following sectors:

  • Master degree in Computer sciences from a reputable university.
  • At least ten years of experience and proven record in ICT development.
  • Knowledge of current trends in technology development globally, and workable ideas on ecommerce and remote work opportunities in the country and GB.
  • Sound knowledge of GB, its public, private and community sectors.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to interact and negotiate at senior policy level.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

02. Monitoring and Evaluation Expert
  • Minimum a postgraduate degree in social sciences.
  • At least 15 years of experience in M&E/MER/MEAL concepts and tools Relevant experience in planning, policy formulation, implementation.
  • Sound knowledge of GB, its public, private and community sectors.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to interact and negotiate at senior policy level.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage diverse teams and build partner relationships.
  • Experience in human capacity development by way of mentoring/training.

  • An advanced degree in Education or equivalent from a recognized university.

  • Proficient in an at least one statistical software (R. Stata, SPSS, Python)

  • A Master Degree in Statistics / Public Policy / Development / Economics / Social Protection.
  • Experience in a related work will be preferred.

07. IT & Social Media Intern
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of social media platforms.

  • Graduation in IT or a related field.
