Walk-in Interview for Ad-hoc Appointments

In reference to the advertisement published on March 11, 2025, under Advertisement No. AJK 285-03/2025, which announced vacancies in the Department of Public Health for ad-hoc appointments based on merit and rules/regulations. Due to a stay order previously issued by the High Court of Azad Jammu & Kashmir against some of the listed vacancies, appointments were put on hold. However, the court has now lifted the stay orders, allowing the Department to proceed.

Accordingly, Walk-in Interviews are being conducted for the ad-hoc appointment of Drug Inspectors against the following district-wise vacancies:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification:

    • B.Pharm or D.Pharm from a recognized university

    • Registered with the Pharmacy Council

  • Documents Required (original and attested photocopies):

    • National Identity Card (CNIC)

    • Domicile Certificate of Azad Jammu & Kashmir

    • Academic documents: Matric, F.Sc, DMC (Detailed Marks Certificates), and Degree

    • Refugee certificate (if applicable)

Applicants must bring all the above documents at the time of the interview. Submission of verified copies is mandatory for consideration.
