One of the largest and most prestigious commercial banks having a vast nationwide network of branches is looking for dynamic and challenge-oriented professional with proven record of accomplishments in the area of Information Technology. The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following position:

Position / Job Title Divisional Head - IT Infrastructure (EVP)
Reporting to Chief Technology Officer
Educational / Professional Qualification Minimum Bachelor's Degree from HEC recognized University / Institute. Candidates having Master's degree and / or relevant professional certification will be preferred.
Experience Minimum 15 years of IT infrastructure experience with minimum 04 years of experience in senior IT infrastructure leadership role in Financial Services or Telecommunications sector.
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
  • To lead the execution of IT infrastructure strategy of the Bank.
  • To plan and lead the project management & implementation functions and to identify opportunities for automation, cost savings and service quality improvement.
  • To maintain and intimate awareness and understanding of cyber security considerations especially within IT Infrastructure across strategy, architecture, implementation and operations.
  • To develop enterprise standards, IT architecture and governance process.
  • To conduct product and vendor evaluations ensuring best in class technologies and partners.
  • To participate in the formulation of the company's enterprise architecture and business system plans, assess cost & feasibility and ensure that the plan is aligned and supports the strategic goals of the Bank.
  • To provide leadership for delivery of 24 / 7 service operations and KPI compliance.
  • To identify, prioritize and schedule initiatives to meet IT planning objectives in coordination with the Group Chief.
  • To set objectives for the Division and ensure achievement of the same.
  • To encourage team by facilitating them with relevant trainings, technologies and techniques.
  • To perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor(s).
Assessment Interview (s) Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for panel interview (s).
Employment Type The employment will be on contractual basis, for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank's Policy / rules.
