Job Advertisement for Pharma Associates at Hoechst Pakistan Limited
Position: Pharma Associate
Company: Hoechst Pakistan Limited (formerly Sanofi Aventis Pakistan Limited)
Reporting to: District Manager
Locations: Nationwide, Pakistan
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct effective product detailing to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)
- Achieve set sales targets within assigned territory
- Implement marketing strategies to ensure strong Return on Investment (ROI)
- Maintain and build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Stay updated on product knowledge, disease understanding, and selling techniques
- Identify and develop new customers
Educational Requirements:
- Graduates in Science, preferably with a Pharm D degree
Experience Required:
- Fresh graduates (including women) with a Pre-Medical or Pharm D background are encouraged to apply
- 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field is a plus
Skills Required:
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both Urdu and English
- Effective interpersonal skills for strong HCP engagement
- Self-driven, team-oriented, and proactive
- Capable of building and developing KOLs as advocates for the company
- Ability to plan and organize seminars, symposiums, and round-table meetings
- Willingness to travel extensively
