JOB ADVERTISEMENT

Online applications are invited from suitable candidates for the following positions of Paramedical and other staff on a regular basis under the control of the Medical Superintendent DHQ Teaching Hospital KDA Kohat.

Eligibility Criteria:

• At least Second Division Secondary School Certificate in Science from the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education.

• Two years Diploma from a recognized Medical Faculty in the relevant technology.

• Age Limit: 18-32 years.

Vacant Positions:

Terms & Conditions:

1. Preference will be given to local domicile holders of District Kohat. However, if no candidates are available, applicants from other districts will be considered.

2. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test, but detailed scrutiny will be conducted later.

3. Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.

4. The ETEA test will serve for screening and shortlisting purposes only.

5. Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of application submission.

6. Incomplete applications and those received after the due date will not be entertained.

7. Age relaxation is admissible as per government rules.

8. Candidates working in government/semi-government departments must apply through the proper channel.

9. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications and fees for each post.

10. One Clinical Technician (Pharmacy) post is reserved for minority quota as per the decision of the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

11. Quota implementation:

    • 2% quota for disabled persons

    • 3% quota for minorities

    • 10% quota for women

12. The number of vacancies may increase or decrease.

13. The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel/reject any application.

14. No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.

15. Candidates with foreign degrees must provide equivalency certificates from HEC.

16. Errors or omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.

How to Apply:

1. Visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply online.

2. After submitting the application, a UBL online deposit slip with token number, project code & candidate’s personal information will be generated.

3. Print the UBL deposit slip and deposit the test fee (non-refundable) at any UBL Bank branch, UBL Omni agent, or via Easypaisa App/agent.

4. Keep the original deposit slip (with the bank stamp) safe and do not share it with anyone.

5. Do not send documents/testimonials to ETEA. Only shortlisted candidates will be required to provide them.

6. Online application form will be available from: 20th April 2025.

7. Last date to submit applications: 6th May 2025.

8. Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA to download their Roll No. Slip.

9. The test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.

10. No separate call letters will be issued via postal/courier services.

Important Notes:

• Keep your documents and a passport-size scanned photo ready for online application.

• Read the instructions carefully before filling out the online application form.

• ETEA will verify the deposited fee. If your payment is not verified, your application will be rejected.

• Fees deposited on another CNIC will not be verified.

• Unclaimed qualifications will not be accepted.

• Keep your bank receipt safe and do not share it with anyone.

• Any candidate providing false information will not only be rejected but will also face strict action.
