Job Vacancies Announcement
From the Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Admin), Charsadda

Applications are invited from suitable candidates who are permanent residents of District Charsadda and meet the qualifications for temporary appointments in the following vacancies. The last date to submit applications is November 19, 2024.

General Conditions:

  1. Retired Employees' Children Quota: Candidates between 40-18 years are eligible to apply.
  2. Documents Required:
    • Applicants should submit their applications using the form available on the website: www.District.JudiciaryCharsadda.gov.pk.
    • Applications must be accompanied by two recent photographs (one pasted, one attached), copies of the National Identity Card, domicile, and attested copies of educational and experience certificates.
  3. Interview Call: Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews, and they must bring their original documents on the interview day.
  4. Age Relaxation: Candidates can apply for age relaxation as per the rules.
  5. Application Process: Applications must be submitted during office hours before the due date. Late submissions will not be entertained.
  6. Modification Rights: The competent authority reserves the right to make changes, modifications, or increase/decrease the number of vacancies as per government policy.
  7. Interview Details: The venue and date for interviews will be announced after considering the number of applicants. Updates will be available on the local judiciary’s website and notice board.
  8. Result Declaration: Eligible candidates’ results will be displayed on November 30, 2024, on the website and notice board of District Judiciary Charsadda.
  9. Written Test: For Naib Qasid and Process Server, tests will be conducted on December 14, 2024.
  10. Practical Test: For the Server Operator position, the practical test will be conducted on December 16, 2024.
  11. NOC Requirement: Government employees must submit applications through their department with the necessary NOC; otherwise, their applications will not be considered.
  12. Reserved Quotas: Reserved seats for minorities and other categories are allocated as per the rules of the Peshawar High Court and provincial government policies.
  13. No TA/DA: No travel allowance (TA/DA) will be provided to candidates appearing for the interview.
