|---|---|
| Director QEC | PhD/MS/MPhil in TQM or relevant field with minimum 8 years experience preferably in a University |
| Deputy Director QEC | MS/MPhil/Masters or equivalent with minimum 6-7 years relevant experience preferably in a University |
| Manager TQM | MS/MPhil in TQM or relevant field with minimum 5 years relevant experience preferably in a University |
| Data Analyst | BS/MS in Total Quality Management with 3 to 4 years relevant experience. |
| QEC Officer | BBA/MBA with at least 2 years experience in Quality Control and monitoring. |
| Salary Package will commensurate with qualification and experience | |
