PROGRAM MANAGEMENT UNIT (Lahore)
1. Director M&E
- Number of Posts: 01
- Max Age: 50
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Economics, Mathematics, or BSc Engineering (Civil/Environmental) from a reputable institution, preferably a foreign one.
- Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master’s degree.
- Experience:
- At least 8 years of post-qualification work experience in:
- Monitoring & evaluation
- Quality assurance
- Data handling & analysis
- Experience in similar projects/assignments with organizations of comparable conditions is preferred.
- Knowledge of best practices, laws, and policies related to local government and municipal services.
- Development sector experience, especially with international donor organizations, will be an advantage.
2. Deputy Director Infrastructure

- Max Age: 45
- Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in civil engineering and infrastructure development.
- Preference for candidates with 3 years of experience in similar projects/assignments.
- Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in IT, data handling, and analysis is preferred.

3. Junior Infrastructure Engineer (Electrical)

- Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Experience:
- Preferably 3 years of post-qualification work experience in civil engineering and infrastructure development.
4. Deputy Director Finance & Budget
- Number of Posts: 01
- Max Age: 45
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a relevant discipline.
- Experience:
- At least 5 years of post-qualification work experience in financial management, budgeting, and accounting.
- Preference for candidates with 3 years of experience in similar projects/assignments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in IT, data handling, and analysis is advantageous.
5. Finance Officer
- Number of Posts: 01
- Max Age: 40
- Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Com, BS, or BSc in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a relevant discipline.
- Preferably 3 years of post-qualification experience in financial management, budgeting, and accounting.
6. Associate Admin & HR
- Number of Posts: 01
- Max Age: 35
- Qualifications & Experience:
- CA Inter or 16 years of education in Business Administration, Accounting, Social Sciences, or a relevant discipline.
- Preferably 2 years of post-qualification relevant work experience.
7. Research Analyst Environment
- Number of Posts: 01
- Max Age: 40
- Qualifications & Experience:
- BS/BSc in Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, Humanities, Arts, Environmental Sciences, or a relevant discipline.
- Preferably 2 years of post-qualification experience in environmental safeguards and related matters.

- Salaries will be market-based as approved in the PC-I of the program.
