PROGRAM MANAGEMENT UNIT (Lahore)

1. Director M&E
  • Number of Posts: 01
  • Max Age: 50
  • Qualifications & Experience:
    • Degree in Economics, Mathematics, or BSc Engineering (Civil/Environmental) from a reputable institution, preferably a foreign one.
    • Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master’s degree.
    • Experience:
      • At least 8 years of post-qualification work experience in:
        • Monitoring & evaluation
        • Quality assurance
        • Data handling & analysis
      • Experience in similar projects/assignments with organizations of comparable conditions is preferred.
    • Knowledge of best practices, laws, and policies related to local government and municipal services.
    • Development sector experience, especially with international donor organizations, will be an advantage.
2. Deputy Director Infrastructure

  • Max Age: 45
  • Qualifications & Experience:
    • BSc in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
    • Experience:
      • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in civil engineering and infrastructure development.
      • Preference for candidates with 3 years of experience in similar projects/assignments.
    • Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in IT, data handling, and analysis is preferred.

3. Junior Infrastructure Engineer (Electrical)

  • Qualifications & Experience:
    • BSc in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline.
    • Experience:
      • Preferably 3 years of post-qualification work experience in civil engineering and infrastructure development.
4. Deputy Director Finance & Budget
  • Number of Posts: 01
  • Max Age: 45
  • Qualifications & Experience:
    • Degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a relevant discipline.
    • Experience:
      • At least 5 years of post-qualification work experience in financial management, budgeting, and accounting.
      • Preference for candidates with 3 years of experience in similar projects/assignments.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in IT, data handling, and analysis is advantageous.
5. Finance Officer
  • Number of Posts: 01
  • Max Age: 40
  • Qualifications & Experience:
    • B.Com, BS, or BSc in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a relevant discipline.
    • Preferably 3 years of post-qualification experience in financial management, budgeting, and accounting.
6. Associate Admin & HR
  • Number of Posts: 01
  • Max Age: 35
  • Qualifications & Experience:
    • CA Inter or 16 years of education in Business Administration, Accounting, Social Sciences, or a relevant discipline.
    • Preferably 2 years of post-qualification relevant work experience.
7. Research Analyst Environment
  • Number of Posts: 01
  • Max Age: 40
  • Qualifications & Experience:
    • BS/BSc in Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, Humanities, Arts, Environmental Sciences, or a relevant discipline.
    • Preferably 2 years of post-qualification experience in environmental safeguards and related matters.
