Career Opportunity

The Center of Digital Communication, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Islamabad, requires the services of qualified, energetic, and motivated individuals for appointment on a PSDP Project titled "Digital Advertisement Verification System (DAVS)" on a contractual basis for the following positions:

General Terms and Conditions

Director (Digital) – PPS-9

  • Qualification: Master's degree (18 years of education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in Information Technology, system analysis, digital and social media channels, analytics, and project management.
  • Preferred Experience: Experience in tracking digital analytics, digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media), and public sector experience (minimum 10 years).
  • Age Limit: Maximum 46 years.

Deputy Director (Operations) – PPS-8

  • Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT and system analysis, with strong understanding of digital media channels and analytics.
  • Preferred Experience: Experience in managing teams, digital marketing channels, and public sector (minimum 6 years).
  • Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.

Deputy Director (DevOps) – PPS-8

  • Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT and system analysis, with expertise in managing projects and teams.
  • Preferred Experience: Public sector experience (minimum 8 years).
  • Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.

Assistant Director (DevOps) – PPS-7

  • Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in software analysis, design, development, and software architecture.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.

Technical Assistant – PPS-5

  • Qualification: Second Class or Grade 'C' Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Commerce, Arts, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 38 years.

Naib Qasid – PPS-1

  • Qualification: Middle/Primary level of education.
  • Age Limit: 18-30 years.

Additional Information:

  • All positions are based in Islamabad.
  • The initial contract will be for one year, extendable based on project tenure.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for test/interview.
  • No TA/DA will be provided.
  • Ministry reserves the right to cancel the posts or withhold appointments.
