In accordance with Section-11 of the Jacobabad Institute of Medical Sciences, Jacobabad Act-2013, the Health Department, Government of Sindh, invites applications from qualified, renowned health professionals for the position of Director, Jacobabad Institute of Medical Sciences, Jacobabad. The appointment will be on a contractual basis for three years, extendable based on satisfactory performance. Candidates must hold a domicile of Sindh province.

1. Position Details

Position Title: Director
BPS: 20 or Equivalent (Contractual Basis)
Age Limit: Maximum 65 years

2. Required Qualifications, Experience, and Other Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:
MBBS with one or more of the following qualifications: FCPS, MSPH, MPH, FRCS, MRCP, MBA (Hospital Management).
Experience:
- A minimum of 20 years of post-qualification experience in medical, surgical, or allied disciplines at a tertiary care health institute.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the public sector.
- Candidates must have held administrative roles with exceptional performance alongside clinical responsibilities at a tertiary care health institute.
Skills:
The candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with the administration to ensure a culture of teamwork, aiming to deliver outstanding quality care, value, and cost control.
