The Medical & Teaching Institution (MTI) Hayatabad Medical Complex, Peshawar, invites applications for the following position. Candidates must have a domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa or merged districts and meet the specified criteria.

Position: Director IKD

Qualification: MBBS with a postgraduate level III degree/diploma in a relevant clinical specialty, such as urology, transplant, nephrology, or related diagnostic/therapeutic specialties functioning within IKD.
Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates.
Tenure: Initial term of three years, extendable for two additional terms at the discretion of BoGs-MTI-HMC.
Experience: Relevant experience, equivalent to a faculty position (Assistant Professor or above) as per PMDC criteria in the specified specialty.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Application Submission: Submit a Curriculum Vitae (CV) with complete bio-data, attested copies of academic and experience certificates, domicile, two recent photographs, and CNIC photocopy to the Secretary of the Board of Governors, MTI-HMC, Room No. 06 Administration Block, within two weeks of the advertisement's first publication.

  2. Application Form & Fee: Application forms are available on the MTI-HMC website at MTI-HMC website. A bank draft or payment order of PKR 2,000 in favor of the Hospital Director-MTI-HMC (or through direct deposit in Bank of Khyber, HMC Branch, Account # PLS-3002107103, Branch Code: 0185) must accompany the application.

  3. Submission Details: Complete applications with attested documents must be sent personally or through a registered courier service by the closing date.

  4. Governing Regulations: Employment will be governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015 and applicable regulations.

  5. NOC Requirement: Civil or government-employed applicants must include an NOC from their competent authority.

  6. Deadline Flexibility: If the deadline falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be the closing date.

  7. Late Applications: Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.

  8. Application Review: A Scrutiny Committee may reject incomplete applications. Aggrieved applicants may appeal to the HMC competent authority for a review of the decision.

  9. Disqualification Criteria: Candidates may be disqualified for:

    • Conviction by a court of law.
    • Dismissal from public service.
    • Providing false information.
    • Suppression of information leading to disqualification.
    • Seeking support for their application through improper means.
    • Submitting forged certificates.
    • Tampering with age or academic certificates.
    • Misbehavior in the interview.

  10. Interview Requirements: Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.

  11. Process Cancellation: MTI-HMC reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process without prior notice.

  12. No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be provided for the test or interview.
