Educational Background

  • 16 years of education in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or equivalent from an HEC Recognized University.

Professional Experience, Skills, and Competencies

  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in project management, particularly in digital transformation projects at a senior level.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver project objectives while managing scope, time, and quality.
  • Expertise in managing project budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Experience in the design and development of enterprise-level Data Exchange Layer.
  • Familiarity with World Bank guidelines, regulatory authorities, and standards.
  • A proven track record in leading large-scale technology-driven projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent skills in planning, organizing, and resource management.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The selected candidate will initially be hired on a contract basis for a period of 3 years (extendable if required).
  2. Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing any reason.
  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
  4. Candidates will be disqualified if false information is provided.
  5. The age limit already includes a 5-year relaxation.
  6. The selected candidate must provide a Medical Fitness Certificate and a Character Certificate.
  7. Employees working in Government/Semi-Government departments must attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of application submission.
  8. No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview process.
  9. Attested degrees from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided during the interview. In case of a foreign degree, an equivalency certificate from HEC is required.
  10. Female, Minority, Transgender, and Differently-Abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
  11. Electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, smartwatches, etc., will not be allowed during the interview.
