The Ministry of Human Rights invites applications for the position of Director General (BS-20) at the Zainab Alert Response & Recovery Agency (ZARRA) on a contractual basis for three years. Below are the details:

Director General (BS-20) Punjab (Merit) 01 Master’s or higher degree in Law, Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, Human Rights, International Relations, Public Policy, Public Administration, or Law with a minimum of 2nd Division from an HEC-recognized university. 5 years’ experience in BS-19 or above, or equivalent, in Administration, Management, Finance Monitoring, Evaluation, Law, or Research related to International Covenants/Conventions on Human Rights in Public/Private Sector. 40-57 Years

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Selection will be based purely on merit, adhering to provincial quota as per the government’s advertisement policy.
  2. Interested candidates should apply online through the National Job Portal at www.njp.gov.pk within 15 days from the date of publication of the advertisement.
  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test or interview.
  4. Candidates currently in government service must apply through the proper channel, accompanied by a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective departments/organizations.
  5. Original documents must be produced at the time of the interview.
  6. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the test/interview.
  7. The Ministry of Human Rights reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without citing any reasons.
