Position: Director Business Development

About NLC:

National Logistics Corporation (NLC), Pakistan’s leading multimodal logistics organization, is seeking a dynamic corporate professional to join its team as Director Business Development.

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience:

• Minimum 20 years of professional experience.
• At least 10 years in senior management or decision-making roles in multimodal logistics enterprises.
• International exposure in logistics is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute long-term business strategies.
• Conduct research to identify and evaluate new business opportunities in both corporate and government sectors.
• Oversee Marine & Air Services to enhance NLC’s positioning in the logistics industry and beyond.
• Develop business and financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments and planning to facilitate business decisions.
• Monitor industry trends and implement best practices for competitive advantage.
• Periodically review existing NLC business operations and recommend necessary improvements.
• Address and resolve customer issues efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
