Position: Digital Transformation Officer (OG-II)

Location: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad

Eligibility Criteria:

Education/Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in:
    • Business Administration
    • Computer Science
    • Information Technology
    • Data Science
    • Equivalent fields from HEC-recognized institutions (local/international)
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in relevant fields or certifications in digital banking/technology.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 28 years (as of application submission deadline).

Experience:

  • Minimum: 1 year in Digital Banking, IT, E-commerce, Fintech, or relevant areas.
  • Preference for candidates with skills in:
    • Mobile/Internet Banking
    • Digital Payments/Channels
    • Agile Project Management
    • Software Development, Quality Assurance
    • Digital Payment Platforms, Debit & Prepaid Cards
    • Data Science/Deep Learning, Testing

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Project Support: Assist in planning and executing digital banking projects; provide documentation and progress tracking.
  2. Data Analysis: Conduct basic data and market analysis to generate insights.
  3. Innovation & Trends: Stay informed on digital banking trends.
  4. Training & Change Management: Support user training sessions and digital initiative change management.
  5. Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate with vendors and stakeholders, internal/external, for project alignment.
  6. Compliance: Ensure adherence to banking laws, procedures, and SOPs.
  7. Operational Efficiency: Guarantee timely completion of tasks within TAT and address audit observations.
  8. End-to-End Product Knowledge: Familiarize with debit/ATM cards, mobile apps, and global payment regulations.
  9. Additional Duties: Complete tasks assigned by authority as required.

  • Strong communication skills, team collaboration, and stakeholder management.
  • Analytical, adaptable to changing project demands, and tech-savvy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
