JOB OPPORTUNITIES ON CONTRACT BASIS
Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) is a leading public sector power utility that
operates power distribution network and supplies electricity to more than 6.2 million
valued consumers in the approved geographic territory of five (05) districts of Punjab
(Lahore, Okara, Kasur, Sheikhupura and Nankana). LESCO invites applications from energetic, qualified, and experienced professionals for the following position purely on performance based contracts not to be regularized in
future;

Minimum Qualification / Experience Required under relevant Service Rules
a. Retired officers of the Armed Forces of the rank of Major or equivalent.
b. Preference will be given to those having experience in Security, Surveillance, Internal Security, Crisis Management and Counter Terrorism Duties.
c. Must have completed their prescribed rank/service limits.
d. Who were retired expelled from Service on disciplinary /administrative ground will not be considered.
REMUNERATION
The position is offered market based lump sum package.
TENURE
The employment will be on an open contract on lump sum pay package,
with six months' probation period.
INSTRUCTIONS & GENERAL CONDITION
a. Only short listed candidates will be called for test / interview and No TA/DA will be admissible to candidates for test/interview.

c. Educational Degrees / Certificates must be from HEC recognized Universities / Concerned Boards.
d. Original documents must be presented by the candidates at the time of interview.
e. Serving employees should apply through proper channel. Advance copy of the application, however, may be forwarded without obtaining NOC. The candidate will not be allowed to appear in the interview, if he fails to produce NOC from concerned department.
f. The candidates shall be called for interview / further process subject to detailed scrutiny of documents and after checking of eligibility under the rules.
g. The applications submitted by the candidates will be at risk and cost of the applicant. Any information found bogus at any stage, during induction or later in service, will result in termination of candidature or employment thereof.
h. LESCO reserves the right to withhold the whole recruitment process at any stage
without assigning any reason. The number of posts can be increased or decreased by the competent authority.
i. Position of Deputy Manager (Security) is purely contractual in nature, non- pensionable, no long term benefit and shall not be converted into permanent
