WE ARE HIRING

NADRA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional for the following position:

Position: Deputy Director IT Procurement
Age Limit: Maximum 44 years (includes 5 years of age relaxation)

Required Qualification:
- 16 years of education as verified by HEC.
- Fields of Study: Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Preferred Qualification: Master's in Computer Science. MBA will be considered an added advantage.
Degree Requirement: All degrees must be attested by HEC.

Minimum 12 years of professional experience in procurement.
At least 8 years of experience specifically in IT procurement within a well-reputed organization.

Proven ability to manage large-scale, diversified, and technology-oriented procurement assignments.
Expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and vendor management, particularly in Government Departments.
In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and regulatory frameworks.
Strong risk management and compliance assessment skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
High accuracy in data collection, analysis, and documentation for reporting purposes.
Familiarity with IT software/hardware procurement and related technologies.

Islamabad

The selected candidate will be hired on an initial 5-year contract, extendable if required.
Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning reasons.

Age Relaxation: A 5-year age relaxation is included in the stated age limit.
The selected candidate must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
Candidates currently serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
No TA/DA will be admissible for tests/interviews.
HEC-attested degrees must be presented at the time of the interview.
