WE ARE HIRING

NADRA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional for the following position:

Position Details

Position: Deputy Director IT Procurement
Age Limit: Maximum 44 years (includes 5 years of age relaxation)

Educational Background

  • Required Qualification:
    • 16 years of education as verified by HEC.
    • Fields of Study: Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
    • Preferred Qualification: Master's in Computer Science. MBA will be considered an added advantage.
  • Degree Requirement: All degrees must be attested by HEC.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 12 years of professional experience in procurement.
  • At least 8 years of experience specifically in IT procurement within a well-reputed organization.

Responsibilities, Skills & Competencies

  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, diversified, and technology-oriented procurement assignments.
  • Expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and vendor management, particularly in Government Departments.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong risk management and compliance assessment skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High accuracy in data collection, analysis, and documentation for reporting purposes.
  • Familiarity with IT software/hardware procurement and related technologies.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The selected candidate will be hired on an initial 5-year contract, extendable if required.
  2. Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning reasons.
  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the test/interview.
  4. False information will lead to disqualification.
  5. Age Relaxation: A 5-year age relaxation is included in the stated age limit.
  6. The selected candidate must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
  7. Candidates currently serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
  8. No TA/DA will be admissible for tests/interviews.
  9. HEC-attested degrees must be presented at the time of the interview.
  10. Encouraged to Apply: Females, minorities, transgender individuals, and differently-abled candidates.
  11. Electronic gadgets, including mobile phones and smartwatches, will not be allowed during the test/interview.
  12. The deadline for submission of applications is 9th February 2025. Only online applications will be accepted.
