Available Positions

1. Architect

Qualification:

  • BE Architect

  • Additional certifications in AutoCAD 2D, 3D, and SketchUp (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-4 years in building design and interior architecture

Remarks:

  • Strong design and visualization skills required

  • Ability to develop and execute architectural concepts

2. Surveyor

Qualification:

  • DAE (Civil) or a related field

  • Additional certifications in AutoCAD and GIS

Experience:

  • Minimum 4-5 years in the construction industry as a Surveyor

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Proficiency in surveying instruments (Total Stations, GPS, Levels, etc.)

Remarks:

  • Must be registered with PCATP, preferably licensed with SBCA

  • Ability to conduct site surveys, analyze and interpret data

  • Experience in preparing detailed survey reports, maps, and drawings

  • Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment
