JOB OPPORTUNITY

Applications are invited for the appointment of the following post on a contract basis at Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cardiology, Sargodha.

1. Position Details

  • Post: Dean/CEO (01 Post)

  • Age Limit: Not more than 65 years on the last date of submission of application

  • Qualification & Experience:

    • MBBS or equivalent with a postgraduate Level-III qualification in Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, or Pediatric Cardiology (FCPS/DAB/CCT/MRCP/FRCS) recognized by PMDC (erstwhile PMC) / HEC.

    • Minimum 15 years of post-qualification (Level-III) relevant experience.

    • Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of experience in an administrative post.

    • Research Publications: Preference will be given to candidates with publications in PubMed/PMDC/HEC.

    • Candidates must possess comprehensive experience in academic, clinical, operational, budgeting, organizational, and management aspects.

    • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards, along with financial, administrative, analytical, and communication skills.

2. Terms and Conditions

  1. The selected candidate shall submit an affidavit before joining, declaring that he/she does not own or have an interest in any clinic or hospital.

  2. This is a full-time, non-practicing post.

  3. Final appointment is subject to the verification of educational degrees & experience certificates (costs to be borne by the candidate).

  4. Submission of attested copies of the following documents is mandatory:

    • Updated CV (Curriculum Vitae)

    • Educational Degrees, Diplomas, and Certificates

    • Valid PMDC (erstwhile PMC) Registration Certificate

    • Good Standing Certificate from PMDC (erstwhile PMC)

    • Provisional Certificates/Result Cards of all professional examinations

    • Experience Certificates (issued by competent authorities) till the date of application

    • Valid National Identity Card/Passport

    • Three (3) fresh passport-size photographs

    • Verifiable Research Publications (PubMed/PMDC/HEC)

  5. Applicants with foreign qualifications must submit an equivalence certificate from PMDC (erstwhile PMC)/HEC.

  6. Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview.
