It was established under the National School of Public Policy Ordinance 2002 with the overarching aim of improving the quality and effectiveness of Public Policies and Management in Pakistan.

1 Dean, Executive Development Institute (MP-1) 1 Qualification: MPhil/Master’s degree in Public Policy, Economics, Finance, Management, Public Administration, HR Development, Law, Strategic & Security Studies, History, Political Science, International Relations, or other relevant social sciences from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience:
• 15 years of research, training, or teaching experience from a recognized teaching/research institution OR
• 15 years of professional/practical experience in the relevant field.
Skill Set:
• Ability to design and deliver knowledge/skill enhancement programs for senior leadership.
• Facilitate policy discussions and generate reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.		 45-62 years on the date of application
