The National School of Public Policy (NSPP) is the premier institution for the training of civil servants in Pakistan. It was established under the National School of Public Policy Ordinance 2002 with the overarching aim of improving the quality and effectiveness of Public Policies and Management in Pakistan.

NSPP invites applications for the following position:

Position Details

1 Dean, Executive Development Institute (MP-1) 1 Qualification: MPhil/Master’s degree in Public Policy, Economics, Finance, Management, Public Administration, HR Development, Law, Strategic & Security Studies, History, Political Science, International Relations, or other relevant social sciences from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience:
• 15 years of research, training, or teaching experience from a recognized teaching/research institution OR
• 15 years of professional/practical experience in the relevant field.
Skill Set:
• Ability to design and deliver knowledge/skill enhancement programs for senior leadership.
• Facilitate policy discussions and generate reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.		 45-62 years on the date of application
