Essential Guidelines

  1. Selection will be based on matric only.
  2. Each candidate should attach the latest computerized ID card, duplicate certified academic credentials, and copies of the domicile along with the application form and the applicant must mention the position for which they are applying in the application.
  3. Each candidate should enter his / her contact number and full home address in the application form.
  4. Government employees should submit application forms through their department.
  5. In the notification number No SOR. II (S& GAD) 9-3 2020 date 02-02-2021, the Government of Punjab gives benefit to the upper age people.
  6. Timely Test / Interview Candidates should bring their original documents/credentials, ID- card, and latest photos with them.
  7. The expired ID card will not be acceptable.
  8. Applicants will not be provided any TA/DA for the test or interview.
  9. The applications deadline is 09-02-2022.
  10. The shortlist will be posted on 14-02-2022.
  11. The written test of the Data Entry Operator will start on 15-02-2022 at 11 am in Commerce College, Dara Ghazi Khan.
  12. The written test of junior clerk 16-02-2022 will be held at 11 am in Commerce College, Dara Ghazi Khan.
  13. Candidates must get 50 % marks in the MCQs test or 50 percent marks in the essay test.
  14. Typing test or interview will be held on 17-02-2022.
  15. The competent officer will have the power to revoke partial or all results.
