Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (3-5 years) or Master’s Degree in Community Development, Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in data analysis, social impact assessment, and community engagement within the mining, development, or corporate social responsibility (CSR) sector.

Requirements:

  • Certification in data analysis, financial analysis, or impact assessment (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, CSR-related tools).

  • Expertise in data interpretation, visualization, and reporting.

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with social responsibility frameworks and global reporting standards (e.g., IFC Performance Standards, GRI, ESG).

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and maintain financial data on community investments, evaluating budgets, expenditures, and impact.

  • Develop reporting frameworks, track KPIs, and ensure data accuracy.

  • Collaborate with various teams, prepare reports, and create dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

  • Optimize processes and ensure timely submissions of data and reports.
