Job Advertisement: Head Coach for CDA Islamabad Cricket Team

Role Overview:
The position requires an experienced professional to provide coaching services to the CDA Islamabad Cricket Team. The responsibilities include:

  • Game planning and strategy development.
  • Preparation and evaluation before and after tournaments.
  • Performance enhancement of the team and players to improve international rankings.
  • Focus on fitness standards and individual skills development with the support of the team staff.
  • Ensuring consistent performance in departmental, domestic, and national competitions.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Cricket Coaching Accreditation:

    • Minimum Level 2 Coaching Accreditation required.

  2. Experience:

    • At least 02 years of coaching experience with National, Franchise, or Domestic teams.
    • Preference will be given to candidates who are former international cricketers or have played 20+ first-class matches.

  3. Coaching Excellence:

    • Proven experience in coaching athletes to meet international cricket standards.
    • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for team success.

  4. Skills:

    • Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills.
    • Expertise in monitoring and evaluating international-level coaching systems.
    • Effective communication skills (both written and oral).
    • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  5. Other Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Strong management and team-building skills.

General Terms & Conditions:

  • Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
