The Institute is inviting applications from qualified and experienced candidates holding Sindh domicile for the following contractual positions:

1. Controller of Examinations (BPS-20)

Department: Examination
Age Limit: 50 years (Maximum)

PhD from an HEC-recognized university, with at least 12 years of teaching/administrative experience in BPS-17 or above or an equivalent post in a Government or Autonomous Organization, University, Board, or College.
OR
MS/MPhil (18 years of education) or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university, with 15 years of teaching/administrative experience in BPS-17 or above.
OR
MA/MSc/Bachelor’s/MBA (16 years of education), preferably in first class, from an HEC-recognized university, with 17 years of teaching/administrative experience in BPS-17 or above.

Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of Outcome-Based Assessment (OBA).
Experience managing pre-examination and post-examination processes and policies.

Department: Examination
