Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company (FIEDMC) is a not-for-profit organization incorporated under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984 (now Companies Act 2017) by the Government of Punjab. FIEDMC is responsible for promoting planned and rapid industrialization in Punjab by developing and upgrading industrial infrastructure.

Position Details

1. Control Room Technicians

• Grade: G-05

• No. of Posts: 04

• Age Limit: Up to 50 years

• Qualification:

  • DAE in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics

  • Preference: Retired personnel from the Signals Corps of the Pakistan Army

• Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in control room operations and CCTV surveillance

• Salary: PKR 100,000/- (Inclusive of all benefits)

2. Office Assistants

• Grade: G-04

• No. of Posts: 03

• Age Limit: Up to 35 years

• Qualification:

  • Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS/ICOM)

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute

• Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of clerical work in an office environment

  • Skills in file keeping, document management, coordination with security staff, and basic computer tasks (data entry, report preparation)

• Salary: PKR 75,000/- (Inclusive of all benefits)

3. Security Guards Supervisors

• Grade: G-03

• No. of Posts: 28

• Age Limit: Up to 50 years

• Qualification:

  • Retired NCO/SSG soldiers with expertise in security management and emergency response

• Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in security operations, preferably in the industrial sector

• Salary: PKR 52,000/- (Inclusive of all benefits)
