Vacancy Announcement: Content Developer (MP-II)

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad invites applications for the position of Content Developer (MP-II) under the MP Scales Policy. The post is offered on a contractual basis for a period of three (03) years, which may be extended based on performance.

1. Position Title:

Content Developer (MP-II)

2. Job Type:

Contract (Initially for 3 years, extendable annually for up to 2 more years based on satisfactory performance)

3. Required Qualification & Experience:

Option 1:

  • Ph.D. in:

    • Public Diplomacy

    • Media Management

    • Communication

    • Journalism

    • Or any other relevant subject(s)

  • Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years in the relevant field

OR

Option 2:

  • Master’s Degree in:

    • Public Diplomacy

    • Media Management

    • Communication

    • Journalism

    • Or any other relevant subject(s)

  • Professional Experience: Minimum 7 years in the relevant field

4. Age Limit:

  • Maximum Age: 62 years
    (Calculated as on the closing date for application submission)

5. Salary Package:

As per MP Scale-II of MP Scales Policy 2020

  • Basic Pay: Rs. 263,180/-

  • Annual Increment: Rs. 39,480/-

  • House Rent Allowance: Rs. 95,700/-

  • Utilities Allowance: Rs. 11,970/-

6. Recruitment Basis:

  • Open Merit
