NOTICE FOR HIRING OF CONSULTANT/ARCHITECT SERVICES

The Cantonment Board Hyderabad, a corporate body with perpetual succession and a common seal, invites company profiles along with technical and financial proposals from qualified and reputed Consultant/Architect Firms for consultancy services. The firm must:

• Have a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Be duly registered with PCATP/PEC.
• Submit proposals in accordance with PPRA Rule 36(b) (Single Stage Two Envelope Process).

Submission Details:

• Last Date for Submission: 27th March 2025, by 11:00 AM.
• Submission Fee: Non-refundable Rs. 10,000/- (to be paid via Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of the undersigned).
• Opening of Technical Proposals: 27th March 2025, at 11:30 AM (in the presence of representatives of the firms).

Consultancy Services for Development of a Modern Shopping Center

The selected consultant/architect firm will be responsible for preparing a comprehensive proposal for the development of a Modern Shopping Center. The proposal should include:

• Drawings, designs, and layout plans ensuring optimum utilization of land.
• A plan based on market research for the 3.94-acre site comprising:
  • Existing office building
  • Cantt House
  • CB Staff Colony
  • CB Workshop
• The land is situated in Survey No. 63/A and Survey No. 63-B-1, Salahuddin Road, Hyderabad Cantt.

MANDATORY DOCUMENTS

Interested firms must submit the following documents along with their application:

1. Preliminary Design/Proposal for the optimum utilization of the land.
2. Company Profile, including CNIC copies of key personnel.
3. Valid Registration Certificates from PCATP and PEC.
4. List of Permanent Staff with designations.
5. List of Equipment, Tools, and IT Infrastructure.
6. List of Completed Projects (last 10 years) in:
   • Town Planning (TP)
   • Architecture
   • Infrastructure
7. List of Ongoing Projects.
8. Financial Stability Certificate issued by the respective bank.
9. Tax Registration Documents from relevant authorities.
10. Affidavit confirming that the firm has never been blacklisted by any public or private organization.
11. Bank Certificate issued by the firm’s registered bank.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

• Terms of Reference (TORs), Job Description, and Financial Proposal Forms can be obtained from the Cantonment Board Hyderabad Office on or before 26th March 2025.
• Bid Security: 2% of the financial bid must be attached with the financial proposal.
• The Cantonment Board Hyderabad reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications as per PPRA Rules.
