Position: Consultant for Construction Work at CPSP Regional Centre, Quetta

The College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites applications from qualified Consultants/Architectural Firms for designing and construction supervision services for the CPSP Regional Centre in Quetta.

Scope of Work

The scope involves specialized knowledge in the construction of Guest Houses and Office Buildings.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements and provide the supporting documents listed below:

  1. Contact Details:

  2. Legal Documentation:
    • Partnership Deed/Articles of Association (in case of a Company/Limited Firm).
    • Power of Attorney (where applicable).
  3. Project Experience:
    • List of similar completed projects, including cost and completion period.
    • Completion certificates from clients.
  4. Ongoing Projects:
    • List of ongoing projects with relevant details.
  5. Financial Stability:
    • Proof of financial standing supported by balance sheets for the last three years.
    • Bank details with credit availability.
  6. Tax Compliance:
    • Registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
    • Certificate of up-to-date income tax payment.
  7. Professional Registration:
    • Registration certificate with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) or Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP).
  8. Litigation & Blacklisting Status:
    • An affidavit stating the firm is not, and has not been, involved in litigation with clients or blacklisted.
  9. Preference:
    • Firms based in Quetta or Karachi will be preferred.
  10. Registration:
    • Valid NTN Number/Registration.
