Hiring of Consultant Investment (Contract Basis)

The Federal Employees Benevolent and Group Insurance Funds (FEB & GIF), operating under the administrative control of the Establishment Division, is a statutory body responsible for providing welfare and insurance services to Federal Government employees and their families.

To manage a substantial investment portfolio efficiently, FEB & GIF is seeking to hire a highly experienced and results-oriented Consultant Investment on a contractual basis. Individuals who meet the qualifications and experience criteria and are capable of delivering exceptional performance within defined timelines are encouraged to apply.

Job Title: Consultant Investment

Nature of Employment: Contractual
Duration: Initially for two (2) years, extendable based on performance and government rules.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Minimum Qualification: CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification.

  • Experience: At least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in the fields of:

    • Government securities

    • Equity markets

    • Financial instruments

  • Experience must be acquired through reputable entities such as:

    • Investment management organizations

    • Asset management companies

    • Banks

    • Financial institutions

    • Brokerage houses

Age Limit:

  • Maximum age: Up to 50 years

Emoluments:

  • A market-based monthly remuneration package will be offered.

  • Benefits will be commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications and experience, as discussed during the interview.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Government Servants: Selected candidates currently working in government departments, autonomous, or semi-autonomous bodies must resign or take retirement before joining FEB & GIF.

  • Resignation/Termination Clause: Either party may terminate the contract with a three-month written notice or payment in lieu thereof.

  • Document Verification: All selected candidates will be subject to verification of documents and background checks. Discovery of any fraudulent documents at any stage will result in immediate termination and legal action.
