Eligibility Criteria
To oversee the management of the organization's Balance Sheet and Financial Affairs, while also serving as the Secretary to the Board of Directors. Key responsibilities shall be to insure governance, communication, and decision-making processes within the company having financial acumen, corporate governance proficiency, and exceptional interpersonal abilities for assisting both the Board and Management in fulfilling their duties and steering the company's strategic trajectory.

This position reports directly to the CEO, requiring close collaboration and alignment with overarching organization goals and objectives.
Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement, to stakeholders, regulators, and the board of directors.
Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
Monitor and manage the company's capital structure, ensuring it meets regulatory requirements and supports the company's growth objectives.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard the company's assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Supervise Filling of company's Annual Income Tax Return with Taxation Authorities. Establish tax strategies and accounting policies/procedures for the company. Offer comprehensive financial analysis, insights, and
strategic direction to the Management team, aiding in
informed decision-making and long-term planning. Liaison with external and internal auditors for the finalization of periodic financial statements.
• Support Management in evaluating strategic initiatives, investment prospects, and significant business decisions by conducting thorough financial modeling and risk assessments.
Manage board meetings, methodically preparing agendas, meeting materials, and minutes in accordance with legal and regulatory stipulations.
• Provide expert guidance on corporate governance best practices, board policies, and procedures, fostering transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct Across the organization.
Coordinate the execution of follow-up actions and resolutions from board meetings, overseeing progress and ensuring prompt implementation of decisions.
Ensure rigorous compliance with pertinent laws, regulations, and exchange rules governing corporate , disclosure, and shareholder rights.

Qualification: Post
Graduate from a HEC
recognized University /
Foreign University in
Finance, professional
certification
from
professional body of
accountants (CA, ACCA,
CPA).
Experience: Minimum 10
years of experience
including 05 years of
financial sector.
Age: Not more than 55
years as of date of
application
