The Islamabad Healthcare Regulatory Authority (IHRA), established under the Islamabad Healthcare Regulations Act of 2018, is an autonomous body dedicated to the regulation and oversight of healthcare services in the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT). IHRA's mission is to ensure quality assurance and accountability across healthcare services by developing and enforcing minimum service delivery standards for both public and private healthcare establishments at the primary, secondary, and tertiary care levels.
