COMPANY SECRETARY REQUIRED

Applications from interested persons are invited for filling up the post of Company Secretary Agro Food Processing (AFP) Facilities Multan, a Public Sector Company, registered under Section 42 of Company's Act 2017.

The incumbent shall be responsible for ensuring that Board procedures are followed and that all applicable laws, rules, regulations and other relevant statements of best practice are complied with.

Pay package is negotiable while minimum age limit of 30 years on the closing date of applications.

Elinibilitr Criteria

  1. Member of a recognized body of professional accountants; or
  2. Member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries; or
  3. Person holding a master degree in business administration or commerce or being a law graduate from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission with at least 5 years of experience in the relevant experience
