Knowledge of maintaining files and archives. Good writing skills, marketing acumen and ability of making power. Presentation drafting and editing emails, memos, preparing office communications. organizing meetings, including scheduling, managing day-to-day calendar, making appointments, coordinating travel arrange- ments (both domestic & international) and creating trip itineraries.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS:

  1. Submission of original documents shall be mandatory at the time of interview.
  2. Applicants already in Government service should apply through proper channel. In case of selection, the candidate will have to resign from Government service before appointment.
  3. Incomplete or improperly filled in applications shall not be entertained.
  4. No TA/DA will be admissible for the purpose of test/interview.
  5. For Posts at Serial 1-5, only shortlisted candidates will be called for written test in Islamabad.
  6. For Posts at Serial 6-9, only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview in Islamabad.
  7. The tests/interviews of the shortlisted candidates will be held on short notice.
  8. Board of Investment reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts as well as reject any or all applications without assigning any reason thereof.
  9. The requirement of experience against Posts at Serial 1-5, may be relaxed for MPhil and PhD or equivalent degree holders by 2 & 3 years respectively.
