General Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility:

    • Both male and female applicants domiciled in the Punjab province are eligible to apply.

  2. Appointment Terms:

    • Recruitment will be on a contractual basis under "The Contract Appointment Policy, 2004," as amended.
    • Initial contract duration: 3 years, extendable based on performance.

  3. Special Categories:

    • Applicants with disabilities must attach proof of registration with the Welfare Department and provide a valid disability certificate.

  4. Required Documents:

    • Submit attested copies of academic qualifications, CNIC, domicile, and two recent passport-size photographs.
    • Present original documents at the time of the interview.

  5. Age Relaxation:

    • Upper-age relaxation will be granted as per Punjab Government Recruitment Policy, 2022.

  6. Merit-Based Selection:

    • Recruitment will strictly follow merit in accordance with the Contract Appointment Policy, 2004, and Recruitment Policy, 2022.

    • Apply through the proper channel with a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

  8. Degrees and Certifications:

    • Only degrees issued by HEC-recognized universities/institutions will be considered.

  • No travel allowance (TA/DA) will be provided for test/interview appearances.

    • Candidates must secure at least 50% marks in the NTS test to qualify.
