**CAREER OPPORTUNITIES **
The Finance Department, Government of Balochistan, intends to hire the services of qualified individual for the position of Chief Finance Officer purely on contract basis on the following terms and conditions though open national competition:

Education and Health Sector.
Agriculture including Fisheries and Livestock, Mines and Minerals, Excise & Taxation and Food Sectors.
Social Sector including Poverty Alleviation and Welfare Sectors.
Corporate Governance Sector (Corporate Bodies, Autonomies Bodies of the Government of Balochistan and grant seeking entities from Govemment of Balochistan)
Pay Package
Competitive package commensurate with the qualification and experience.
Nature period employment

Contractual 12 months extendable for another 12 months subject to satisfactory performance
Qualification & Experience
Professional qualification from a recognized body of professional accountants including ICAP, ACCA, ICAEW, CPA with at least 08 years post qualification experience in the relevant field; or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with such experience in budget, cash management, financial strategy making, regulatory matters preferably in public sector or such equivalent advanced qualification in the related sectors.
Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or public finance management, public policy and programs management.
In-depth knowledge of all budgeting approaches specifically zero-based budgeting. principles and practices.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Experience with budgeting software and financial modelling tools.
Maximum 40 years.
